Are you a motivated individual with a keen interest in small tractor and mower sales? Our Rockyview Agriculture (John Deere) branch is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in mowers and compact tractors. This role is dedicated to serving walk-in customers and fostering relationships within the community.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement:
   • Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
   • Provide information and guidance on our range of mowers and compact tractors.
2. Sales Proficiency:
   • Develop a strong understanding of the features and benefits of our products to effectively communicate with customers.
   • Utilize persuasive sales techniques to generate interest and drive sales.
3. Product Demonstration:
   • Conduct live demonstrations of mowers and compact tractors to showcase their functionality and features.
4. Documentation and Transactional Support:
   • Assist customers in completing sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
5. Inventory Management:
   • Keep track of inventory levels and collaborate with the team to maintain a well-stocked and organized showroom and sales compound.
6. Customer Relationship Building:
   • Establish and nurture relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and assistance.
7. Weekend Availability:
   • Flexibility to work weekends as needed to accommodate peak customer traffic and contribute to the success of the sales team.
8. Other duties as assigned

• Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset
• Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally
• A recent driver's abstract will be required
