Your tasks at a glance

You present treatment options to prospective patients.
You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely and in a timely manner.
You help meet patients' needs by consulting, reassuring and scheduling followups, across different regions.
You will be crosstrained for the Surgical Counselor position (customer service).

A clear view of your assets

You have excellent communication skills,
you speak English _et français également _

You have a broad background in
customer service and retention, in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
You have experience as an account manager and/or sales representative (an asset)
You have a desire to succeed: being highly motivated, results driven and familiar with client followup techniques.
You are organized, selfdisciplined, have excellent prioritization, time management, and problemsolving skills.
You are available to work Monday-Friday 8:45am5:00pm, as well as occasional Saturdays 8:00am5:00pm.
