Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an experienced
Service Advisor to join the team at
401 Dixie Volkswagen.

Have experience in a Service Advisor role in a dealership environment
Have a G license

Responsibilities:

Provide frontline customer service and sales for the Service Department
Greeting customers on the phone or in the Dealership
Providing repair recommendations
Explaining the nature of repairs
Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
Scheduling appointments
Selling labor
Providing an extraordinary experience for all customers

Qualifications:

Experience in advisor role.
CDK experience preferred
An aptitude for customer relations/service
Strong communication skills
Ability to sell required maintenance
Ability to work as a part of a TEAM
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Valid G license, good standing
