- Performs landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, applying fertilizer, weed control, aeration, spring and fall clean-ups, trimming, and pruning
- Operates various mechanical equipment including bed edgers, commercial mowers, blowers, line trimmers, and hand tools
- Engages in landscape enhancement activities like mulch application, plantings, and lawn seeding
- Handles clients' inquiries, feedback, and issues or escalates matters to the Team Leader when necessary
- Aids the Team Leader in route and job planning, ensuring adequate resources and materials are always available
- Assists in equipment maintenance and repair under the Team Leader's guidance
- Applies chemicals following a licensed applicator's instructions and using all required safety gear
- Carries out other duties as assigned
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record - necessary for daily site attendance at our Morning Start
- Readiness to work occasional (compensated) overtime
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and meet all physical demands associated with this role
