An exciting opportunity to play a critical role in the evolution of people related analytics within the People & Culture team at
CWB.
In this role, the Manager, People Analytics will play a key role in the delivery of our vision of turning people insights into impactful action.
The Manager will engage with HR leadership and business leaders to provide insights/trends related to our people through data analysis, creating easy-to-use dashboards while also supporting operational reporting which will transform people data into business value.
This vision is supported by leveraging data models that will be created, maintained, and optimized through products including Workday and PowerBI dashboards.
With accountability for maintaining a high level of data governance, the Manager will ensure the highest level of data quality is reached and maintained.

Key deliverables
CWB's People & Culture team is in the process of evolving its People Analytics solutions that deliver high quality metrics and insights that inform impactful business and people decisions.
This position will play an important role in both the creation and maintenance of insights, dashboard, reports, including managing regular operational functions across
CWB.- Participate in analyzing people related data to align with the strategy of turning people data into business value through insights that inform impactful action.- Design, develop and maintain dashboards for People & Culture and business leaders in a way that provides insights that enable impactful and effective decision making.- Develop and maintain analytics and reports for People & Culture and business leaders.- Build out PowerBI reporting and dashboard functionality in accordance with the People Analytics strategy.- Maintain core HR metrics and provide assistance with the development of insights, including turnover, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, learning & development and board reporting.- Plan and develop complex reports, and perform all technical activities related to the People & Culture operational and analytics reporting in Workday and PowerBI.- Demonstrate high level of analysis skills by fully taking advantage of strong mathematical, statistical, and programming background to build data models and dashboards to help with analyzing people related data.- Considers the needs and acumen of recipients of analysis and ensures deliverables are insightful and intuitive.- Produce regular operational (monthly, quarterly, and annual reports) for multiple stakeholders' across
CWBFG.- Collaborate with internal and external team members in the preparation of reports and other hoc reporting projects.- Develop and maintain operating manual related to analytics and reporting.- Develop user competence with using Workday and PowerBI reporting functionality.- Streamline reporting across the People & Culture function.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset with confidence in their knowledge and capabilities. A proven level of understanding of large and diverse data sets.
This role requires Excel and PowerBI reporting experience with the ability to identify the root causes of people changes and potential impacts to business and strategy.
Working with defined priorities and deadlines from multiple stakeholders, this focused analyst is a fast learner who is resourceful and proactive.
Success will be measured by solution accuracy and quality in terms of value add to the business.Professional acumen, and strong communication is required to work closely with numerous stakeholders utilizing analysis skills including reconciliation, validation and strong telling for a broad range of audiences.
