Working on various programs on computer
Scanning/sorting/moving freight around the department
Resolution of problem shipments, returns
Dealing with customers/contact centres via phone
Assisting the retail staff and other clerical staff when required
Tracing Shipments to customers
Processing damages, retapes, and completion of documents
Data entry as required (spreadsheets, reports, etc.)
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Team Player
Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
Must be physically fit able to lift 70 lbs. unassisted
Able to work independently
Self motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, well groomed
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Good customer service & communication skills (written and verbal)
High attention to detail
Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
