- Working on various programs on computer
- Scanning/sorting/moving freight around the department
- Resolution of problem shipments, returns
- Dealing with customers/contact centres via phone
- Assisting the retail staff and other clerical staff when required
- Tracing Shipments to customers
- Processing damages, retapes, and completion of documents
- Data entry as required (spreadsheets, reports, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Team Player
- Excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be physically fit able to lift 70 lbs. unassisted
- Able to work independently
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, well groomed
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Good customer service & communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
