Job OVERVIEW

KEY ACCOUNTABILITES

  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to the team's success while upholding high customer satisfaction standards.
  • Greet all customers who enter the store, treating each as a potential sales lead, and engage with them to understand their needs.
  • Follow the company sales process meticulously from lead conversion through to sale and customer delivery, selling our comprehensive range of products and services, including hot tubs, swim spas, cold plunges, patio, BBQ, and maintenance and service packages.
  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of our products and services (particularly hot tubs and swim spas) features, benefits, and specifications to assist customers in their decisionmaking.
  • Operate as required the Front Counter, managing inquiries, transactions, addressing any customer concerns and use the position as not only as a point of service but also as a key site for upselling, leveraging the fact that 40% of our leads are referrals to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to provide a personalized and memorable shopping experience and to ensure a source of referrals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey from product selection to delivery.
  • Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings.
  • Participate in ongoing daily, weekly, and monthly sales training and stay informed about new products and technologies.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring attractive and wellmaintained display areas.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regional health and safety regulations.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Proven sales and negotiation capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comprehensive product knowledge, particularly in hot tubs and related accessories.
  • Ability to explain complex technical details in an accessible manner.
  • Strong customer orientation with a proactive, solutionfocused approach.
  • Teamoriented with effective collaboration skills.
  • Basic analytical skills and proficiency in IT and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
At least 2 years of retail sales experience, in the following sectors is preferable:

  • Outdoor and

Leisure Equipment:
Experience in selling products such as pools, saunas, outdoor furniture, or other leisure equipment can be highly relevant.

Ø Luxury Goods and High-

End Retail:

Selling luxury items like premium electronics and high-end furniture involves a similar type of customer interaction and sales tactics as selling hot tubs.


Ø Home Improvement and Appliances:

Experience in selling major home appliances, kitchen or bathroom fixtures, or other significant home improvement products can be relevant.


Ø Automotive Sales:

Automotive sales involve many of the same skills needed for hot tub sales, such as financing options, feature explanation, and high-value transaction handling.


Ø Health and Wellness Equipment:

Selling items like exercise equipment or medical devices often requires detailed knowledge of the product's benefits and functionality, akin to the specifications and health benefits promoted in hot tub sales.


  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience with hot tubs or similar products is beneficial.
  • Prior customer service experience is essential.
  • Sales training or certifications are considered an asset.
