The Dilawri Automotive Group is currently seeking a motivated individual who wants to become a successful Internet Associate at our Dilawri Jeep Dodge Chrysler dealership.

Here is a closer look at what this role typically does in their day-to-day:

Qualifying Leads
field basic questions and concerns about our products and programs and assess if leads fit the ideal customer profile and interest level.
Scheduling Appointments arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and our sales management team.
Followup Communications followup with leads to remind customer leads of appointments and provide necessary information.
Record Keeping maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems.

Requirements & Skills:

Diploma or degree and proven experience in a retail customer service, call center, or similar role. Appointment setting experience is a strong asset.
Topnotch verbal, written and interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills and internet savvy.
Outstanding listening skills and attention to details.
A professional and courteous disposition. Persuasive and resultsoriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.

Compensation - 45K + performance and customer satisfaction bonuses.
