Scope of responsibility:
In the role of Associate Manager, GIT Supply this individual will be a key member of the extended GIT Dublin leadership team.
They will have ownership for functional areas within Supply Chain, will lead implementation and business partnership activities, and will be responsible for people management and development.
In summary, the Associate Manager, GIT Supply, will:
Coach and develop the team, completing performance reviews and development plans, and monitoring and addressing skill requirements in the team.
Drive a continuous learning culture within the team, ensuring team members remain a vital part of the global team and are well positioned to support business needs into the future.
Support the Category Lead in building and maintaining a highly-motivated and effective team, gathering and planning Grid projects, and engaging with key IT and Business stakeholders.
Establish plans and milestones that meet business needs, involving key stakeholders in the formulation and progress of these project plans.
Resolve critical issues that are raised (e.g. design, cost, quality, timeframes and resources) to stay on track to meet commitments and deadlines.
Qualifications & Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or Engineering and appropriate SAP qualifications are required.
Business & Technical Experience:
An aptitude for, and experience in, developing and coaching people.
A proven track record of performance with at least 6 years of increasing technical and process experience.
Project management experience, leading a Cross Functional or complex Supply Chain project.
An understanding of core Supply Chain business processes as well as experience and interest in related technologies is a distinct advantage.
