Description

Responsibilities:

  • Answers phone calls and relay phone calls and messages
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Prepare invoices and accept payments
  • Create and maintain client database
  • Opening, updating data entry and scanning of documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
  • Provide backup support for the nature of the business with care and support
  • Monitor deadlines, send reminders and assist the lawyer with document preparation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Completion of High School is required.
  • 1year administrative experience is required.
  • Organized with the ability to multitask and shift priorities to hit multiple deadlines with ease.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment independently as well as function as a part of a team
  • Excellent English communication both orally and in writing.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Possess a strong work ethic

Pay:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
