Description
Responsibilities:
- Answers phone calls and relay phone calls and messages
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Prepare invoices and accept payments
- Create and maintain client database
- Opening, updating data entry and scanning of documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties
- Provide backup support for the nature of the business with care and support
- Monitor deadlines, send reminders and assist the lawyer with document preparation
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Completion of High School is required.
- 1year administrative experience is required.
- Organized with the ability to multitask and shift priorities to hit multiple deadlines with ease.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment independently as well as function as a part of a team
- Excellent English communication both orally and in writing.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Possess a strong work ethic
Pay:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour
