The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for all operational areas of the Terminal while ensuring efficiencies and on-time service goals are met.

Your key responsibility would be to lead and guide consultative planning and the management of performance to implement and meet the objectives & strategies of the terminal while ensuring employee engagement.

The Best Fit

You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management;
You have 10 years of management experience with increasing responsibilities in operations
You have Transportation Industry experience with extensive knowledge in all areas of an LTL and TL operations
You have energy, enthusiasm, and a professional demeanor
You have strong organizational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
You have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
You are familiar with Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for all operational areas relating to Transport while ensuring efficiencies and meeting ontime service goals
Provide leadership to terminal staff
Deliver Superior Quality Service to all customers and stakeholders
Ensure Equity and Occupational Health and Safety are at the forefront
Support staff through change while continuing to increase employee engagement
Ensuring compliance with managing staff and company policies and regulations
Review and control costs
Ensure high productivity standards are met
Support and promote continuous improvement
