As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for the proactive planning of preventive maintenance services to our contract customers.

This includes machine hour use monitoring, opening work requests, validating parts lists, requesting parts, notifying customers of services coming due / parts availability, and request shipping information.

Closing work orders and invoicing.

Job Description:


Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Opening work requests, requesting parts, partnering with customer facing roles to have services completed within ontime delivery parameters
  • Updating services in tracking software
  • Monitoring machine usage
  • Notify customers of services coming due and parts availability
  • Training and support of other team members as required
  • Ensure Work Orders are opened and closed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure identification of aging Work Orders and action appropriately
  • Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of administrative office experience and a high school diploma
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety culture
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
