Under the supervision of the Head, Economic Development, Quebec, you will play a key role on a daily basis for this person and the team.


You main responsibilities will be:

  • Plan, organize and coordinate meetings and travel by taking care of logistics (i.e. hotel, transfer, car rental, reservation, caterers, etc.);
  • Produce, review and/or prepare various documents, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring the quality of the language and the visual presentation;
  • Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Carry out the various administrative tasks related to internal management in accordance with established processes (such as expense reports, billing validation tracking, budget monitoring, etc.);
  • Ensure that you obtain the required signatures in the various approval processes that require them;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other administrative and executive assistants to foster good communication, contribute to joint projects, etc.


The key to success- College diploma in Secretarial studies;- A minimum of 10 years of experience in executive administrative support;- Excellent French and English spoken and written; demonstrated writing ability;- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;- Good interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy;- Strong attention to detail, and ability to process multiple files simultaneously, manage time and set priorities independently;- Great ability to work under pressure and independently.
