We are a leading North American reprocessor, compounder and distributor of plastic raw materials. As a company we work towards the greener economy.

We are in two locations in Mississauga, Canada and Georgia, USA.

Our market is throughout North America, and we work with fortune 500 companies.

We are growing exponentially and currently looking for a inside sales representative for a dynamic team.

You do not need to know about polymers, but if you are eager to learn and have a hunter mindset, we would like to provide training for you.


ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ability to generate revenue and create new business while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Hunt for new clients using various market research techniques
  • Entering Sales Orders into the system
  • Following up on internal sample requisitions and test results
  • Use our streamlined ERP system to create inventory picking slips for orders
  • Locating prospective clients, generating them into leads, and eventually converting them to clients
  • Work with all inside and field sales to serve the customer and grow sales.
  • Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas
  • Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to find new clients
  • Preparing and submitting reports to management
  • Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships
  • Processing sales orders accurately and completely
  • Creating sales reports to share with executive leadership and senior members of the sales team
  • Adhering to the procedures and guidelines of the company
  • Staying up to date with emerging trends, available merchandise, and new products that the company will offer to clients
  • Working with the production team to make sure the sales team is able to fulfill pending and approved orders
  • Generate sales leads and sharing information with a member of the sales team for followup

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:


  • University Degree or College Diploma is preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, be dependable, and stay flexible
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written & verbal)
  • Demonstrated sales abilities or willing to learn attitude
  • Customer service skills to listen to customers and professionally answer questions or address concerns
  • Strong public speaking skills to present product or services to customers
  • Communication skills to confidently make cold calls or negotiate sales terms
  • Ability to meet deadlines and sales quotas
  • Familiarity with an office environment, equipment, and ERP software
  • Comprehensive understanding of their area of sales, including fastmoving items and consumer goods
  • Ability to stay helpful, polite, and confident, and have the resources to resolve customer issues
  • Comfortable working with other members of the sales team to support their process and goals
  • Ability to manage inventory, adhere to a schedule, and gather updates from the production team
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service and sales standards
  • Work in professional manner to resolve customer's problems and issues, using all the available resources at hand.
