In this position, your responsibilities will include:

Leading projects focused on optimizing manufacturing processes for metal parts through forming and machining
Creating, supporting, and summarizing results from test plans
Addressing and resolving key issues faced by the team through problem-solving procedures
Serving as a technical expert in process reliability studies
Exploring and implementing new technologies for production enhancement
Engaging in research and development initiatives within the metal forming and machining sphere
Acting as a technical focal point for a diverse team in enhancing the facility's machinery
Planning, overseeing, and operatively managing projects under your jurisdiction
Providing expertise in equipment procurement and advising on technical strategic decisions

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A D.E.C. or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
At least five to ten years of experience in metallic manufacturing processes
Proficiency in the fundamentals of materials mechanics in manufacturing settings
Mastery of Catia V5 software
Demonstrated innovation mindset and resourcefulness
Strong problem-solving aptitude and analytical thinking
Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal
High level of autonomy and initiative
Fluency in both French and English languages
