We are seeking a friendly and organized host to join our team. As a host, you will be responsible forgreeting guests, seating them at tables, and providing them with menus. You will work closely with
our restaurant staff to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and thank them as they leave.
- Seat guests at tables, considering their preferences and any special needs.
- Provide guests with menus and explain any specials or promotions.
- Monitor table availability and keep track of wait times.
- Assist in taking reservations and managing the waiting list.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Manage guest flow to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.
- Maintain a clean and organized host station.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
