Summary:


As a Debt Recovery Account Manager you will have the opportunity to help consumers change their financial situation one conversation at a time.

You will be working with a team focused on performance goals and striving to provide the best services.


Responsibilities:


  • Reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent.
  • Send and receive various documents to update accounts.
  • Find solutions and arrange payment(s).
  • Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
  • Complete skip tracing tasks as needed.
  • Communicate with clients on updates with accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Extraordinary of communications skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Experience working in banking system is considered and asset.
  • 12 years of experience considered an asset but not required.
