Summary:
As a Debt Recovery Account Manager you will have the opportunity to help consumers change their financial situation one conversation at a time.
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling accounts under 60 days delinquent.
- Send and receive various documents to update accounts.
- Find solutions and arrange payment(s).
- Meet call and collection targets on a weekly basis.
- Complete skip tracing tasks as needed.
- Communicate with clients on updates with accounts.
Qualifications:
- Extraordinary of communications skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience working in banking system is considered and asset.
- 12 years of experience considered an asset but not required.
