Work at a new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility


Offline Operator will provide rotational support of various workstations including grinders, reel building, pelletizing, and other operations throughout the facility.

Responsibilities and Requirements:


  • 2 + years of manufacturing experience
  • Lift truck (forklift) experience
  • High school diploma or GED is desired
  • Operate tools/equipment safely including reelers, lift trucks and mobile equipment, cordless reciprocating saw, and other related tools and equipment
  • Physically operate and maintain the grinding area in a way that ensures all scrap is cut, ground and cleared.
  • Processes all scrap materials through granulators located in the grinding area.
  • Manage the building and disassembly of reels, maintaining clean and organized work area
  • Record the number of reels processed and pounds of material ground for the shift worked.
  • Keep the grinding area sufficiently supplied with reels and line scrap throughout the shift.
  • Operate pelletizer equipment which converts regrind into pellets
  • Complete paperwork accurately and follow all paperwork procedures and instructions
  • Follow all safety requirements for this position

Working conditions:


  • Ability to lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance
  • Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects
  • Mobility sufficient to allow frequent entrance and exits from lift truck
  • Ability to work outside during inclement weather
  • Nonclimate controlled facility
