Overview:

Reporting to the Shop Foreman, the Custom Millwork/Cabinet Maker is responsible for safely using hand tools, table saws, routers, clamps & other associated equipment to build custom millwork to the correct specification and throughput.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Log into timekeeping in Innergy.
Establish daily work priorities from Shop Foreman.
Log into specific work orders in Innergy.
Verify correct materials against shop drawings.
Read & interpret shop drawings.
Inspect & verify that the millwork produced are to the correct specification.
Understand & monitor millwork build throughput against estimated hours.
Remove products to one area for the next operation/delivery.
Conduct machine maintenance checks/activities, as required.
Any other reasonable duties to support.

Skills Experience:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and a good understanding of part specifications.
35 years of custom cabinet making.
Be physically capable of lifting 50lbs.

Attributes:

Must be hard working, reliable and safety conscious.
Good communicator.
Attention to detail, good time management, and problem solving skills.
Must have own vehicle, not on a transit route.
Ability to stand/walk during shifts, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

Salary:
$26.00-$30.00 per hour
