Food Services team.
Job Outline:
The employee is responsible for a wide-variety of tasks including: cooking and holding of foods on patient and cafeteria menus, prepare catering items for special events as assigned, other duties as required by the chef, perform chef role when required, supervise evening production staff, and follow HACCP at all times
Education & Qualifications:
- Ontario or interprovincial Certificate of Qualification as a Cook. Red Seal required.
- Must have congenial disposition, and be willing to accept direction from more than one supervisor
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated satisfactory job performance and attendance history required
