As a project analyst you will provide stakeholders with better visibility into performance drivers, support decision making, and help advance process efficiency to guide store experience and the project teams in achieving company goals.

Make a difference on our constructions & properties team as a project analyst

What you'll do:

Provide insightful, datadriven financial and operational analyses focusing on major store projects, renovations, and new store openings
Influence decision making with compelling data

- driven stories

Embrace new analytics methodologies and data management, compiling and analyzing data using queries, Excel and other BI tools
Partner with stakeholders in various financial planning activities (long range planning, forecasting, annual budgeting)
Synthesize financial data to bring business meaning, identifying variances and trends to provide insightful commentaries
Collaborate with other team members to build business cases for senior leadership approval
Develop selfservice reporting for the business to ensure data integrity

What we're looking for:

Over 3 years of experience in financial or data analysis
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL or other data analysis tool
Preferably experienced with various BI tools preferred, eg. MS SSAS (OLAP), SSRS, MS BI, Tableau
Experience in client facing role within and outside finance
