Milani Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning is Vancouver's largest plumbing, heating and air conditioning company. We are seeking a Full Time Invoicing Clerk to support our team in our Burnaby office
.


We are looking to fill this open position within our organization immediately, we require people with great attention to detail.


Job Duties:


  • Reconciling any discrepancies in inventory data;
  • Scanning invoices into the CRM system
  • Entering data in inventory management system;
  • Assisting with other accounting and administrative activities.
  • Invoicing residential and commercial customers
  • Have a great attention to detail.
  • Have excellent computer skills and typing speed
  • Be an expert multitasker
  • Speak English
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Experience in accounting is an asset;
