Roles and Responsibilities of Business Development Executive:
- Develop new client accounts for USA/Canada market.
- Identify Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into clients for increased business.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Research and build up business relationships with new clients.
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
Requirements:
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience in business development/account management in the US/Canada market.
- Preferred: Experience in recruitment consulting
- Lead generation
- Must be willing to develop relationships with Tier1 Partners / End Clients.
- Should be in last semester of studies or completed.
- Experience in SaaS industry
Location:
In-office (Mississauga)
Pay:
$50,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
Recruitment Consulting: 1 year (preferred)
- Business Development (in US/Canada Market): 4 years (preferred)
