Bayshore is looking for a Remote, Part Time
Client Service Coordinator to join our amazing team.

This important customer service role is responsible for administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling clients and caregivers, receiving visitors, answering service inquiries.

Hours rotate weekly (Week#1 15 hours, Week#2 26 hours) and includes evenings and every other weekend.

Job Qualification


Who You Are

  • You have a desire to help improve the lives of those in your community
  • You are dedicated to providing highquality service
  • You have a secondary school diploma along with completion of a related post secondary program such as Medical Terminology preferred
  • You have a minimum of two years of related customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Conversational French is an asset
  • You have received the full series of a COVID19 vaccine or combination of COVID19 vaccines approved by Health Canada****Bayshore is committed to a high quality and safe environment for both our staff and clients/patients. At Bayshore all new hires must have received the full series of a COVID19 vaccine or combination of COVID19 vaccines approved by Health Canada (e.g., two doses of a two dose vaccine series or one dose of a single
- dose vaccine series); AND have received the final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days prior to the official start date of hire. Medical exemptions or any other kinds of requested exemptions based upon Human Rights Code will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
