Description

Highline Forming Inc. is looking for a

Junior Accountant to join our growing

Finance team.

What You'll be Doing:

Setup of new employees, customers, and vendors
Maintenance of accounting records and subledgers
Processing of weekly trade payrolls and cheque runs
Reconciliation of bank balances and intercompany accounts
Preparation of monthly compliance reporting
Identification and posting of adjusting journal entries

What You Bring:

Degree/diploma/certification in accounting or bookkeeping
2+ years experience in fullcycle accounting positions

Proficient in QuickBooks

AR, AP, and Payroll modules
Experience processing payroll in a unionized environment
Construction and Real Estate industry experience (preferred)
Familiarity with Sage 300 CRE and Procore (preferred)
