As they continue to expand their global footprint and enhance their product offerings, they are on the lookout for a dynamic COO who will report directly to the CEO and contribute to the company's continued success and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the company's daytoday operational functions, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability in all aspects of the business.
Collaborate closely with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive sustainable growth.
Play a key role in expanding the company's global presence, managing operations across different countries and navigating diverse market dynamics.
Lead crossfunctional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and resultsdriven performance.
Drive the optimization of supply chain and manufacturing processes to ensure timely delivery of highquality products.
Oversee financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in alignment with the company's goals.
Implement robust operational systems and processes that support the effective scaling of the business.
Engage with key stakeholders, partners, and suppliers to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Monitor industry trends and technological advancements, adapting strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards, particularly in areas related to children's products and educational technology.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a COO or similar senior management role, ideally within the educational technology, toy industry, or related fields.
Demonstrated ability to lead and scale operations in a fastgrowing, international company.
Strong understanding of global markets, with experience managing international operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building highperforming teams.
Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and ability to make decisions that drive company growth and innovation.
Indepth knowledge of supply chain management, production, and operational efficiency optimization.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively navigating a diverse and dynamic work environment.
