Main Functions:

The delivery driver will be responsible for delivery of both service and sales items to customers. While meeting the BROGAN high level of Customer Service standard.


Reports to:

Inside Sales Manager, Warehouse Manager, Service Manager


Duties:


  • Deliver orders and/or service items to customer's location.
  • Collect billing and required payment information at time of delivery.
  • Manage and organize a specific route, basing this on time to deliver orders, and economics of the cost associated to Brogan in doing so.
  • Look for any new sales opportunities within existing or new customers and relay that information to the appropriate people for follow up.
  • Return items to Brogan Location at customers' request. Relay any new orders to the inside sales team for order entry in a timely manner.
  • Pick up any required service items in need of repair of certification. Ensure all the applicable information is provided/collected, paper work completed and items delivered to the appropriate department immediately on return.
  • Do basic follow ups with customers to ensure complete satisfaction of a job well done.
  • Communicate any displeasured customers to Management for immediate follow up.
  • Ensure delivery vehicle is maintained and clean, inside, and out. Any maintenance issues must be handed over to Management for immediate rectifications.
  • Other Duties as assigned

Working Conditions:


  • Workweeks are typically 5 days, Monday to Friday, there may be times when overtime is required.
  • All required equipment will be provided such as delivery vehicle, phone, maps or GPS

Employment Requirements:


  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • First Aid and H2S
  • Class 5 Drivers License with clean abstract

$18.00-$23.00 per hour
