Campus Nissan Victoria has a new opportunity for a full-time Receptionist to join our team


Job Summary:


Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be our front-line ambassador of the Dealership, and will be responsible for greeting all incoming guests, visitors, and team members while providing an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

Applicants for this position would benefit from having prior knowledge and/or experience working in the automotive industry.


Responsibilities:

Our receptionist is responsible for providing our customers with a welcoming first impression while completing the following duties:

  • Greeting customers visiting the showroom and inquiring as to the purpose of their visit.
  • Referring customers to the appropriate department, notifying relevant employees that a customer is waiting, and introducing customers to the sales consultants.
  • Helping customers with directions or any appropriate information they need while maintaining high company confidentiality and customer satisfaction.
  • Professionally answering phone calls on a multiline phone system; redirecting calls to their respective departments
  • Acquiring basic knowledge about the dealership, to be able to respond to inquiries for general information.
  • Maintaining various spreadsheets related to monthly targets and achievements as requested by the Sales Manager(s) or the General Manager.
  • Assisting the other departments with miscellaneous tasks and projects.
  • Completing the initial sales deal processing in an efficient manner, ensuring that customer confidentially is always maintained.
  • Processing customer account payouts

General Education & Experience Assets:


  • Frontfacing customer service
  • Experience in the automotive industry
  • Dealership admin experience
  • Use of multiline phone systems & telecom paging systems

Technical Skills:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent customer service skills with positive and courteous telephone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask without compromising on quality.
  • Extremely dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with both coworkers, guests and vendors
  • Data entry skills.
