Assistant Gas Bar Manager at our C-Store in
Melfort, SK.

What you'll do:

Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, the Assistant Manager will play a key role in providing leadership and guidance in supporting the overall business objectives of the department.

As a hands-on leader, the Assistant Manager will work along side with team members to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers.

Additional responsibilities include:

Support achievement of established sale targets and margins
Order fuel and price confectionery merchandise
Support local community initiatives and fundraising activities
Lead marketing and promotional activities
Support a culture of safety and environmental stewardship

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

You have a Grade 12 Diploma
You have 2 years experience in a supervisory role and leading others
You're honest and trustworthy, are resultsoriented and strive to be the best in what you do
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
Previous retail supervisory experience is considered an asset
