We are looking for a
dynamic, outgoing, customer service-orientated,
and passionate hospitality professional. Bilingual English / Spanish preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Supervision and management of the frontofhouse bar operations, hosts, and servers.
- Conduct preshift meetings with staff and review all information pertinent to daily operations.
- Spotcheck the quality of food and beverage presentation and service.
- Review the reservation system, preassign designated tables, and follow up on all special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and working conditions of restaurant equipment, supplies and work areas.
- Supervises daytoday operations to ensure all standards and quality service are achieved during each shift.
- Provides orientation and training according to training systems, standards, and manuals for new hires.
- Constructs the weekly work schedule to meet the demands of the business.
- To address client concerns/issues immediately and effectively.
- Other duties, as required.
- Assist other departments, as needed.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
