.Summary
We are looking for a
dynamic, outgoing, customer service-orientated,
and passionate hospitality professional. Bilingual English / Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Supervision and management of the frontofhouse bar operations, hosts, and servers.
Conduct preshift meetings with staff and review all information pertinent to daily operations.
Spotcheck the quality of food and beverage presentation and service.
Review the reservation system, preassign designated tables, and follow up on all special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and working conditions of restaurant equipment, supplies and work areas.
Supervises daytoday operations to ensure all standards and quality service are achieved during each shift.
Provides orientation and training according to training systems, standards, and manuals for new hires.
Constructs the weekly work schedule to meet the demands of the business.
To address client concerns/issues immediately and effectively.
Other duties, as required.
Assist other departments, as needed.
