Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team.

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, fabricating and packaging products, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

This is a full-time position in the food industry.

Duties:

Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines
Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions or abnormalities
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting settings
Fabricate products by following specific recipes or formulas
Package finished products in accordance with company standards
Sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and food safety
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to food safety regulations
Maintain accurate production records and documentation Qualifications:
Previous experience in food processing or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred
Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues is required
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential
Forklift certification is a plus
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production targets
