Reports to:
Pharmacy Manager

Location:
The Ottawa Hospital - Civic Campus

Number of Positions: 1

Type:
Permanent, Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9:30 am - 5:15 pm)

Salary:
Hourly

Job Responsibilities:

Prescription intake, transfers
Verifying patient information and refills in Kroll
Answering patient inquiries
Completing patient documentation, thirdparty billings, invoices, etc.
Operating a cash register, processing credit/debit card transactions
Providing healthcare product information and suggestions
Compression fitting
Performing regular stock take for overthe counter medications and healthcare products, ordering/receiving products for replenishment
Ensuring pharmacy storefront/front shop is clean and organized at all times
Arranging deliveries
Other duties as may be required

Qualifications:

12 years previous experience in a retail pharmacy
Knowledge of Kroll software
Bilingualism (Eng/Fre) Required

Ability to organize/prioritize workload
