Opportunity Awaits at Altus Group


The Real Estate Solutions Expert will also work closely together with the Altus Offer Management and Marketing teams to provide market feedback on the Altus offer roadmaps and overall solution strategy.


Job Duties:

  • Presales activities_
Deliver on pre-sales support by presenting the Altus offering in specified geographic area


This includes:

  • Evaluating prospective client requirements and business processes
  • Preparing and delivering onsite and remote Altus offer presentations and solution demonstrations to show the value of the Altus offering to satisfy client and market requirements
  • Participating in client evaluations (RFPs and RFIs) and proof of concept development and demonstration with clients
  • Attending and presenting at tradeshows, industry events and webinars
  • Healthchecks_
  • Perform regular healthchecks with existing clients, to help driving adoption of the Altus offering and optimizing usage of the Altus solutions throughout the client organization
  • Team collaborations_
Ensure internal company functions contribute to sales success & provide high level of customer service:

  • Develop and deliver a training and certifications program, including supporting materials, to support and prepare the Sales teams to independently present and demonstrate the Altus offers and solutions for smaller deals and clients
  • Collaborate with Offer Management, provide inputs and share client feedback for offer improvement
  • Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral and selling tools, campaigns, and events to increase brand awareness and achieve revenue targets
  • Work with Sales Operations groups to streamline and improve processes, systems, and deliverables
  • Analyzing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
  • Administrative duties_

Maintain CRM database:

  • Add any account activity to client profile
  • Capture meeting notes in a timely and consistent manner

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous working experience in a presales role is an asset
  • Becomes expert in the Altus offering and solutions within first 6 months of hire
  • Excellent communication skills written, oral, reporting, diagrams and presentations
  • Extensive CRM experience; experience with a CRM such as NetSuite and Salesforce is an asset
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to learn new software programs
