Quality Inspector - Windsor, Canada - Cleveland-Cliffs
Description
Quality - InspectorPrimary Responsibilities:
- Process accurate documentation of manufacturing processes in a timely manner
- Inspect manufactured parts to ensure the products have no damage and are up to standard
- Complete weekly Internal audit /LPA
- Identify production welding processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of related work experience in a quality environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral
- Ability to stand for long periods of time/ lift 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Able to work 3shift model: Midnights, Days, Afternoons, and required OT
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years experience working in a manufacturing environment
The company is vertically integrated from mining through iron making, steelmaking, rolling, finishing and downstream with hot and cold stamping of steel parts and components.
