Job Description:

We're looking for a talented teammate

As a Building Science Analyst Co-op, you are to determine and communicate customer eligibility for energy conservation measures provided under the IESO's Energy Affordability Program and Enbridge's Home Winterproofing Program.

Responsibilities include; audit submission review, applicant eligibility determination, customer-facing communication, data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

You are also to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines.

This Co-Op will run from January 2, 2024 to April 30, 2024.

Must be in Ontario to be considered. This is a hybrid role, occasional in-person office attendance (approx. two days per month) is optional.

What we need help with

Conducting technical and QA reviews on audit reports and documents to identify energy saving opportunities (appliances, insulations, heat pumps).
Prepare information requests for customers/assessors to address submission deficiencies.
Maintain customer satisfaction and develop customer relationships including undertaking business development activities.
Identifying process optimization and improvements
Supporting and creating presentation decks
Prepare and maintains a variety of reports to manage and monitor project activity.
Active enrollment of postsecondary education either Environment and Business or Engineering degree.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience in an engineering services company is an asset.
Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel).
Experience with Power Query and PBI is an asset.
Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts.
