Location:
Hybrid (Waterloo, Toronto or Montreal)

Our Individual Insurance Operations provides direct support with Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Guaranteed Savings and Retirement products.

In this role, you can make an immediate difference in the lives of our Clients and Advisors by providing accurate and timely tax reporting and calculations, while being part of a collaborative team that strives to see you grow.


What will you do?

  • Leverage your customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our Clients and Advisors, both in verbal and written communication
  • Develop knowledge of our products and systems to understand the nuances to consider and what to look out for when processing requests.
  • Learn complex tax rules and their implications to our products and procedures.
  • Calculate policy tax values and deliver requests accurately, while maintaining various systems up to date and continuously identify opportunities to improve our processes.

As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual Englishspeaking manager outside Quebec.

Unique Requirements:


  • As a hybrid organization, we offer the flexibility to work from home and the opportunity to connect with your colleagues in the office 2 times per week.
  • Fulltime contract opportunity until May 2025, with the possibility of permanency.
  • Must be available to ensure business coverage from 8am to 5pm.
  • Ability to work overtime when needed, particularly during tax season (January to April).
