We have an opening for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our large and dynamic HR team in the Greater Montreal area.

Assist HR Consultant with CSST and disability claims management;
Attend H & S Committee meetings and Labour Relations Committee meetings;
Assist in the creation and maintenance of administrative systems to support HR function (i.e., monthly reports, employee files, benefits administration) and to provide SAP support;
Participate in special projects

Qualifications

College degree or post secondary H.R. related certificate/diploma/degree or equivalent;
Bilingual (French and English);
Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be professional/confidential in nature;
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Very strong computer skills (Microsoft Office), experience with SAP is definite asset;
Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and problem solving skills are essential;
Must demonstrate team spirit and also the ability to work independently if required.
