Role Overview
AP Team Lead is a key addition to the Finance Shared Service team. The person will be responsible to maintain vendor accounts, issue payments on time and resolve any vendor issues
Qualification and experience:
- Experience in accounts payable.
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work well as a team.
- Individual must be fluent in English and French
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with payments checks, eft and wire
Specific Responsibilities:
- Generate Accounts Payable report
- Reconcile expense reports, code invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Oversee the accounts payable department and resolve any issues
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors in collaboration with other departments.

Salary:
$46,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
