The Administrator provides general administrative and clerical support to the center following standardized processes and procedures. The position utilizes various computerized systems and software to perform tasks.

Responsibilities:


  • A/P, A/R, and job costing
  • Job ticket creation & daily ticket billing
  • Purchase Order processing & inventory controls
  • Maintain a high level of office security designed to protect company files, techniques, copyrights, and pricing data.
  • Customer service and call taking
  • Other administrative duties including end of month reporting

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer software skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Team work is a priority and the Administrator must be willing to work with and assist coworkers as needed.
  • The ability to work occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.
  • The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria. 23 years of Administrative experience strong computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
