Carpentry & building maintenance, basic hand/power tools, installation of various floor materials, steel/shingle roofing, framing including doors & windows, installation of drywall, tape & mudding, window & door installation, ability to create forms for concrete slab foundations & pour cement, fence construction and ability to maintain & repair building interiors/exteriors.
