    Position Details
    • What you will do:
    • - Lead, manage, and develop the Auto Damage Appraisal Unit to maximize performance potential.
    • - Ensure Appraisals are handled in accordance with service level agreements and legislative requirements.
    • - Oversee Mitchell Estimatics and implement efficient change management strategies.
    • - Liaise with PD Unit Managers to ensure compliance and support the team.
    • - Conduct quality audits, report findings, and maintain exceptional customer service standards.
    • Who you are:
    • - Post-secondary education with experience in the automotive industry required.
    • - Minimum 5 years' experience as a Collision Estimator or Insurance Appraiser.
    • - Preferred qualifications in automotive repair or technology.
    • - Strong organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
    • - Advanced knowledge of vehicle damage analysis, negotiation, and training.
