I. Job Summary
Under direct supervision, assists in administering the community and municipal disposal and franchise fee reporting requirements.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Prepare high quality, accurate, and timely franchise reports to our municipalities.
- Prepare high quality, accurate, and timely disposal reports to our municipalities.
- Ensure that all internal controls are followed related to assigned functions.
- Assist in preparation of municipal audits.
- Monthly Quarterly and Yearly Reporting Requirements to our municipalities.
- Assures that franchise payments are made by their appropriate due date.
- Completes special projects as required.
- Ensure the reception and followup of requests from our customers.
- Participate to WM site visits (monthly).
- Ensure a communication link between our customers and various members of our operational teams.

IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
- Experience: None required.
- None required.
- Bilingual (an asset)
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office Excel spreadsheet required (sorting, cutting/pasting, pivot table reports and basic/simple math formulas) and basic to intermediate Word document skills.
