We are a busy small local business just down the street from Willowbrook mall on the corner of Fraser Highway and 188th street in Clayton Heights.

This position requires the following:

Sunday night availability until 10pm
Weekend night availability until 1am
Weekday night availability until 12am

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Assist in the preparation and setup of ingredients for cooking
Follow proper food handling and storage procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies

Skills:

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
Experience in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
