The Opportunity


Leavitt Machinery is looking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented
Lease Support Coordinator to join our team in
Langley, British Columbia.

As the Lease Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and administration of various products offered by the New Equipment and Leasing Division at Venturis Dealerships.

Coordinating other duties related to the Leasing program and assisting with the execution of CI and Lean Project tasks.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As the Lease Support Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in development of Customer Portal which includes testing and collecting business requirements.
  • Create new internal and external users for Customer Portal
  • Assist in onboarding sales team and customers to Customer Portal
  • Delegate CRM Cases for Customer Portal requests to appropriate business unit
  • Respond to issues related to Customer Portal and open IT tickets when necessary
  • Maintain Process Maps and Standard Operator Procedures for new and updated processes related to the Customer Portal
  • Administrator for Companywide DocuSign Site which tasks includes onboarding and offboarding users, updating documents and templates, troubleshooting requests, user training, maintain Standard Operating Procedures and Quarterly expense report
  • Assist Lease Contract Manager on Lease Turnout Process which includes sending units to auction and reviewing the current FMV on units to determine best disposal method
  • Sending in prep and repair requests for Operating Training Equipment
  • Execute tasks related to current Lease CI and Lean Projects
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and other business units
  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 23 years of coordination or operations experience required
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in Business considered an asset
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including using MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics; CRM experience is an asset
  • Ability to excel in a fastpaced work environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills
  • A selfstarter who is willing to learn and able to work with mínimal supervision
  • Adaptability and resiliency when facing challenges
  • Clear and professional communication skills
