Position Summary


This position is full-time, permanent, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, based out of the Admin & Finance Office in Langford.

This position starts at $27.00 per hour.


Requirements:


  • 3 years of office experience and at least 1 year providing excellent customer service and detailed information to the public
  • Postsecondary courses in office or business administration
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the _Residential Tenancy Act_ or willingness to learn
  • Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience providing service in a Contact Centre environment an asset
  • Experience working in and with the Indigenous community would be an asset

Other

  • Provide a clear Criminal Record Check prior to hiring, cost covered by MHS
  • First Aid Level 1 certificate, cost covered by MHS
  • WHMIS Certificate, cost covered by MHS
