We are actively searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team.

As a member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and elevating our brand presence.

Your creative approach, strategic thinking, and meticulous attention to detail will be of utmost importance in achieving our marketing objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and Execute Lead Generation Strategies:
  • Execute marketing and advertising campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and identify & reachout to new prospects by using available external data.
  • Communications and Social Media Strategy:
  • Responsible for the implementation of effective content across social media platforms.
  • Analyze engagement data, identifying customer interaction trends to inform digital campaign planning.
  • Build and foster an engaged online community within targeted geographical areas.
  • Craft, edit, and publish captivating content, including blogs, white papers, and posts.
  • Manage content dissemination across diverse social channels such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Strategically plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery of materials, and a compelling presence at tradeshows.
  • Campaign Planning and Management:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing campaign plans, encompassing both print and digital advertisements.
  • Oversee endtoend management of marketing communications campaigns, ensuring their successful execution and maximization of ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Maintain sales data tracking and promotional material inventory.
  • Compile and analyze sales forecasts, contributing to informed marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Prepare insightful reports to guide decisionmaking

Education and Experience Requirements:


  • 35 years in a marketing role, preferably from a B2B space
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required for this position.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.
  • Job location: hybrid (1 day per week onsite)
