Role Summary:_


Our GTA Branch is currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team and secure life safety product sales.

This position will support the Mississauga branch and surrounding area.

Responsibility:_

  • Drive commercial counter sales of Fire alarm parts for the GTA branch office.
  • Develop customer relationships as required.
  • Quote Fire alarm deficiencies and parts sales for customers, with technical accuracy and within Company pricing guidelines.
  • Stay current in knowledge of life safety products and features (including competitor technology), legislation, and regulations.
  • Transacting all inventory requirements
  • Maintain warehouse stock/inventory levels to keep up with customer and branch demand.
  • Assume additional warehouse tasks (i.e. inventory, shipping/receiving etc.) as required.
  • Support sales staff/technicians with part requests for life safety products.
  • Support branch operations with filling inventory orders for material required to complete scheduled work.
  • Perform all other duties as deemed necessary by the reporting manager.

Qualifications:_

  • Secondary School Diploma
  • Proven customer relationshipbuilding skills
  • Relevant sales experience, preferably in the life safety industry

  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills; able to work under pressure.
  • Solid analytical, organizational, and communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; effective at building relationships
  • Experience working with electrical contractors preferred
  • Electrical background in sales and/or installation preferred.
