Based in the Niagara Region, we're seeking a skilled Lead Crew Coordinator who is as comfortable with hands-on work as they are with leading a team.

What We Offer:

Competitive Pay:
$ $41.60 per hour, based on your expertise and leadership skills.

Consistent Work Hours: 40-50 hours, Monday to Friday.

Your Role:

Active Participation:
Engage directly in framing, roofing, and cladding tasks alongside your crew.

Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate with the field manager in planning and executing projects.

Conduct hazard assessments, uphold safety standards, and make critical decisions for team safety.

Mentorship:
Guide and develop junior crew members, promoting a culture of teamwork and skill enhancement.

Operational Management:
organize tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring smooth project flow.

Communication:
Regularly update the field manager on progress and prepare for future project needs.

You Bring:

Experience in carpentry, framing, and sheet metal work, especially steel roofing and cladding.
Comfort with handson tasks and working at heights.
Reliable transportation, personal PPE, and hand tools.
A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
