SOLUTION ARCHITECT - Director

Duties include Recommend and implement SAP S/4 HANA centric solutions to support business capabilities and complex business scenarios with the objective of simplifying, stabilizing and modernizing the ERP solutions.

Demonstrated experience providing S/HAHA Solution Architecture to large, SAP Business Tranfsormation Programs.

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)_

Aerospace and Defense Industry experience
:

7 to 12+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in business management areas
10 to 15+ years of business consulting experience implementing ERP solutions

Leadership & Business Analysis

Subject Matter Expert in Solution Architecture, Systems and Process Integration, Technology Transformation, Systems and Platforms Modernization:

Creating business strategy, business process definition and design thinking approaches:

Serve as the solution lead on strategic initiatives. Prepare and provide input to plans and staffing models, cost estimates, and project deliverables. Work with large crossfunctional teams.
Ability to work through and solve complex problems and deal with ambiguity on changing environments, learn quickly and teach others
Develop solutions to complex problems, which require regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
Ensure analytics solutions are consistent with organization objectives and global design.
Lead and/or participate in crossfunctional analytics driven business improvement initiatives
Evaluate multiple analytical solutions and lead the selection of the best solution to support the business insights with the highest benefit

Relationship Management

Partner with clients, collaborate with project teams and business leaders.

Individual Accountabilities

Strong results orientation (driving to deadlines, project goals, etc.)
Document clear and complete requirements for complex solutions
Analyze current customer investments on analytical solutions and platforms and provide futuristic roadmap with realistic and optimal implementation initiatives

Role:
SAP S/4HANA Program Manager

Location:
Canada(Montreal, QC)

Duration:

Client:

Minimum of 15 years leading ERP transformation programs with ability to work in the location where he/she is hired without current or future visa sponsorship
Experience leading large global S/4HANA business transformation program delivery with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
Experience leading sales opportunities
Previous hands on experience leading a specific functional stream
Deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives.

Must have Aerospace and Defense (A&D) experience:

Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA 4 years of SAP S/4HANA, with deep knowledge of one of the business processes
Ability to articulate the businesses enabled by SAP S/4HANA
Ability to lead a global transformation program with onshore and offshore team members
Ability to develop detailed program plan, develop and monitor risk/issues, present status to internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead steering committee meetings, lead team meetings, lead business meetings, and lead project management team
Ability to lead business workshops with key stakeholders and derive outcomes.
Understanding of internal and program financials and processes
Provide accurate estimates, timeline and ability to selfdirect and mentor/manage teams and client.
Deep understanding of industry specific KPI's and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
Prior working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA
Ability to be hands on if required and mentor junior team members
Knowledge of the new SAP Model Company a definite plus
Ability to leverage and build assets/accelerators and thought leadership
Bachelor degree or equivalent required
