Description du poste

Sous la responsabilité du directeur général et chef des placements immobiliers Asie-Pacifique, l'analyste soutient l'équipe des placements immobiliers dans la région en repérant, sélectionnant, évaluant et gérant les investissements.

Responsabilités du poste :

Acquérir une connaissance du processus de prise de décisions de placement
Évaluer les investissements potentiels en utilisant des outils d'analyse
Participer au processus de souscription
Collecte de données financières
Études de marché
Gestion de portefeuille
Autres tâches assignées
Respecter les principes d'intégrité et d'excellence

Qualifications

Nous recherchons des candidats avec des compétences financières, une communication efficace et un intérêt pour les placements. Vous devez avoir :

Diplôme en finance, immobilier ou domaine connexe
CPA, CFA ou en cours d'obtention
Connaissance du secteur immobilier en Asie, notamment en Corée
Compétences en analyse financière et quantitative
Maîtrise de l'anglais, coréen; Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint
Flexibilité, esprit d'équipe et intégrité
Curiosité, initiative, volonté d'apprendre
